New heart valve fix avoids surgery in early trial

Summary
This study is testing a new device called the Cephea Mitral Valve System for people with leaky or narrowed heart valves. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well as an alternative to open-heart surgery. About 20 participants will receive the device through a tube inserted in a blood vessel. Researchers will check survival and how well the valve works after treatment.
