Summary

This study tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (cemiplimab) and chemotherapy (gemcitabine) in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change (SWI/SNF). The goal is to see if this combo helps patients live longer. About 43 adults who have already tried standard chemotherapy will take part.
