Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab, given before surgery, can eliminate all signs of cancer in high-risk or locally advanced breast cancer patients. It includes 36 adults with hormone receptor-positive or triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread to other organs. The main goal is to see how many patients have no cancer left in the breast or lymph nodes after treatment.
