Summary
This study tested a new drug, tazemetostat, combined with standard hormone therapies (enzalutamide or abiraterone/prednisone) in men with a hard-to-treat type of advanced prostate cancer that had stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combination worked better than the standard drugs alone. The study was terminated early, so final results are limited.
