Summary
This study tests whether a treatment made from a patient's own cells can safely reduce pain and inflammation from hip osteoarthritis. Researchers will track changes in pain, movement, and quality of life in up to 4,000 adults aged 18 to 90. The goal is to ease symptoms, not cure the condition.
