Summary

This study tests whether using a patient's own regenerative cells can safely reduce pain and inflammation from hip osteoarthritis. Researchers will first treat 50 people, then expand to 4,000 participants. They will measure changes in pain, quality of life, and look for cartilage regrowth using MRI scans.
