Summary
This study compares two antibiotics—cefixime (a pill) and penicillin G (a shot)—for treating early syphilis in 400 adults, including those with well-controlled HIV. The goal is to see if the pill works as well as the standard shot. Participants must have a positive blood test and be at least 18 years old.
