Summary
This study aims to understand how the body processes the antibiotic cefiderocol in patients with serious burn injuries. Researchers will enroll 12 adult burn patients to measure drug levels in their blood over time. The goal is to determine the most effective dose and schedule to treat infections and prevent antibiotic resistance in this vulnerable group.
