Summary
This study aims to find the correct dose of a powerful antibiotic for patients with severe burns. Researchers will measure drug levels in 12 adult burn patients to see if standard dosing works for them. The goal is to ensure the medicine is strong enough to kill bacteria and prevent resistance in this high-risk group.
