Summary
This study aims to find the best dose of the antibiotic cefazolin for people on long-term dialysis who get serious bloodstream infections from their dialysis catheters. Researchers will measure how long the drug stays at effective levels in the blood of 32 participants. The goal is to create clearer dosing guidelines to better treat these dangerous infections and reduce side effects.
