Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow 10,000 people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in Germany over many years. Its goal is to collect real-world information on how well treatments work, how the disease changes over time, and how it affects patients' daily lives. No new treatments are being tested—instead, researchers will observe routine care to improve future management of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
