Summary
This study tested a pill called abemaciclib in 14 people with advanced lung cancers (small cell, large cell neuroendocrine, and related types) that had stopped responding to chemotherapy. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and how safe it was. Participants took the drug and were monitored for tumor response and side effects.
