Summary

This study follows 200 adults with C. diff infection to see how standard antibiotics and fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) work. Researchers will collect stool, blood, urine, and nasal samples, and track recovery for up to 5 years. The goal is to understand which treatments lead to lasting recovery and why.
