Summary
This study aims to find the genes that cause congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), a serious birth defect. Researchers will collect DNA from 3000 people with CDH or a family history of it, along with their families. By identifying genetic patterns, they hope to better understand the condition and eventually find ways to prevent or treat it.
