Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment for people with certain blood cancers (like acute myeloid leukemia) that have come back or not responded to standard care. Researchers take a patient's own immune cells, modify them in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying a protein called CD70, and then return them to the patient. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand side effects, with 12 participants enrolled.
