NCT ID NCT06159621

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether giving two immune-boosting drugs (LVGN7409 and a PD-1 inhibitor) before surgery can safely help the body fight HPV-negative head and neck cancer. About 27 adults with resectable tumors will receive the combination, then undergo surgery. The main goals are to check safety and measure immune cell changes in the tumor.
