Summary
This early-phase study tests two experimental drugs (LVGN7409 and LVGN3616) given together before surgery for people with HPV-negative head and neck cancer. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can activate the immune system to attack the tumor. About 27 adults will take part, and researchers will compare immune cell levels in tumor samples taken before and after treatment.
