New cell combo aims to tame multiple sclerosis
NCT ID NCT07546110
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS) that combines an antibody (CD20 monoclonal antibody) with immune cells (NK042 cell injection). The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can reduce MS disability. About 20 adults with relapsing or progressive forms of MS will take part. Because MS is a chronic condition, this treatment aims to control the disease rather than cure it.
