Summary
This study tests a new type of CAR T-cell therapy that targets two proteins (CD19 and CD22) on leukemia cells. It is for children whose B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy is safe and can shrink or eliminate the cancer.
