First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called KN5601, made from a person's own immune cells (NK cells) that are modified to target two proteins (CD19 and BCMA) involved in IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD). The goal is to see if it is safe and can help people whose disease has come back or not responded to standard treatments. Up to 18 adults aged 18-70 with active IgG4-RD will take part.
