Summary
This early-phase study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that works inside the body, avoiding the complex and costly lab process usually needed. It targets two markers (CD19 and BAFF-R) on cancer cells in people with relapsed or hard-to-treat B-cell leukemia or lymphoma. The main goals are to check safety and see if the treatment can shrink tumors. Only 18 participants will be enrolled.
