Summary
This early-stage study tests a new type of immunotherapy for people with certain leukemias that have come back or not responded to standard treatment. The therapy uses a patient's own or donor's immune cells that are genetically modified to recognize and attack cancer cells carrying a protein called CD123. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the treatment can shrink or eliminate the cancer.
