Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called CD123-CAR T-cell therapy for children and young adults (up to age 21) with certain blood cancers that have come back or not responded to standard treatment. The therapy uses the patient's own or a donor's immune cells, which are modified to recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects, while also checking if the treatment can reduce or eliminate the cancer.
