What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
CCS1477 (inobrodib) taken as an oral capsule, sometimes combined with other cancer drugs
What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a new treatment option for people with advanced blood cancers that have stopped responding to standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial (Phase 1/2a) with a small number of participants, so the drug may not prove effective or safe enough for wider use. Side effects are possible and being closely monitored.
Conditions
The condition(s) this trial relates to.
As listed by the trial registrant
The condition terms exactly as the trial's registrant entered them.
