New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat blood cancers

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called CCS1477 (inobrodib) in patients with advanced blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe, what side effects it causes, and if it shows signs of helping control cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. The study will enroll about 250 patients to receive the drug either by itself or in combination with other treatments.
