Summary
This study looks at how Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) helps people with chronic insomnia sleep better, and whether it changes how their body handles stress. Researchers will measure the stress hormone cortisol in saliva and hair before, during, and after treatment. The goal is to understand why CBT-I works, especially for people who sleep less than 6 hours a night.
