Cannabis oil tested for relief from Chemo's numbness and pain
NCT ID NCT07016971
Summary
This small, early-stage study is checking if a commercially available oil containing two cannabis plant compounds (CBG and CBD) is safe and might help ease nerve pain, numbness, and weakness caused by chemotherapy. About 12 adults who have finished certain cancer treatments and still have these symptoms will take the oil under their tongue twice daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will monitor side effects and see if symptoms improve.
