Summary
This study compares cannabidiol (CBD) to the antipsychotic risperidone for treating psychosis in people who also use cannabis. About 64 adults with schizophrenia or related disorders and a history of cannabis use will receive either CBD or risperidone. The goal is to see if CBD can reduce psychotic symptoms and help with cannabis cessation.
