Summary
This study looks at whether cannabidiol (CBD) is safe and can help with pain and opioid cravings in people already receiving methadone or buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. About 34 adults with chronic pain will take part in a short, four-week trial where they receive CBD or a placebo in a random order. The main goals are to check for side effects and see how CBD affects pain sensitivity and drug cravings.
