Summary

This study is testing whether CBD capsules can safely reduce agitation in people with Alzheimer's disease. About 40 participants aged 55 and older will receive either CBD or a placebo, then switch treatments to compare effects. The goal is to find a better way to manage difficult symptoms and identify markers that predict who will respond best.
