Summary
This study aimed to see if dental cone-beam CT (CBCT) scans could use less radiation while still clearly showing the nerve canal in the jawbone. Researchers compared images from low-dose scans to standard high-dose scans in 20 participants with healthy jaws. The goal was to find the lowest safe radiation dose that provides accurate diagnostic images.
