Summary
This early-stage study is the first time the experimental drug CAY001 is given to humans. It will involve 24 healthy volunteers aged 18-50 to check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and what side effects may occur. Participants receive a single dose by IV and are monitored for 28 days. There is no expected treatment benefit; the goal is to gather essential safety information before testing in patients.
