First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at 125 people who had a stroke with no clear cause and have mild-to-moderate heart muscle disease. Researchers will use advanced MRI or CT scans of the heart to find blood clots that standard ultrasound might miss. The goal is to see if better imaging can help doctors choose the right treatment to prevent another stroke.
