Cataract surgery showdown: which machine is gentler on the eye?

Summary
This study compares two different machines used in cataract surgery to see which one uses less ultrasound energy during the procedure. About 30 adults with cataracts in both eyes will have each eye operated on with a different machine. The goal is to find out which machine is more efficient and potentially safer for patients.
