Cataract surgery showdown: which machine is gentler on the eye?

Summary
This study compares two different machines used during cataract surgery to see which one uses less ultrasound energy. The goal is to find out if one machine is gentler on the eye. About 30 adults with cataracts in both eyes will take part, with each eye treated using a different machine.
