Eye surgery comfort breakthrough: higher pressure may cut pain meds

Summary
This study looks at whether keeping eye pressure at a more natural level during cataract surgery reduces pain and the need for extra medication. About 85 people having cataract surgery in both eyes will take part. The goal is to improve the patient's experience during the procedure.
