New drug combo aims to shrink ovarian tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests a new drug called TORL-1-23 given with standard chemotherapy before surgery for women with advanced ovarian cancer. About 60 participants with stage III or IV disease will receive the combination to see if it is safe and helps shrink tumors more effectively. The goal is to improve cancer control and delay the cancer from coming back.
