First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at whether watching cat videos during a common pregnancy test (non-stress test) can lower stress in first-time mothers. Fifty pregnant women will be randomly assigned to watch cat videos or not while their stress levels and baby's heart rate are measured. The goal is to find a simple, enjoyable way to help moms-to-be relax during medical checks.
