First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looks at whether watching cat videos during a common fetal health test (non-stress test) can lower stress in first-time mothers. Fifty pregnant women will be randomly assigned to watch cat videos or not, and their stress levels and baby's heart rate will be measured. The goal is to find a simple, enjoyable way to help moms relax and support fetal well-being.
