Summary
This study looks at two different hand therapies for carpal tunnel syndrome—paraffin wax and shockwave therapy (ESWT). Researchers will measure nerve thickness, nerve activity, pain levels, and quality of life in 60 adults aged 30-60. The goal is to see which treatment works better for easing symptoms.
