Summary
This study looks at two different hand treatments for people with carpal tunnel syndrome, a condition that causes numbness and pain in the hand. About 60 adults will receive either paraffin wax therapy or shockwave therapy. Researchers will measure nerve thickness, nerve activity, pain, and quality of life before and after treatment to see which approach works better.
