Summary
This study compares two minimally invasive treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: pulsed radiofrequency and hyaluronidase hydrodissection. Researchers will measure pain relief, hand function, and nerve health in 56 adults aged 20-80 with mild to moderate symptoms. The goal is to find which approach works better and is safer.
