NCT ID NCT07269613
First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compares two minimally invasive treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: pulsed radiofrequency (using electrical pulses) and hyaluronidase hydrodissection (injecting an enzyme to free the nerve). Researchers will enroll 56 adults aged 20-80 with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome to see which approach provides faster pain relief and better hand function. The goal is to identify a safer, more effective option for managing this common nerve condition.
