NCT ID NCT07539480
First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at two non-surgical treatments for carpal tunnel syndrome: pain neuroscience education (teaching people how the brain processes pain) and kinesio taping (a special tape applied to the wrist). Researchers want to see if these approaches reduce pain, improve hand function, and increase grip strength. The study includes 60 adults aged 18-60 with mild to moderate carpal tunnel symptoms lasting at least 3 months.
