Summary

This study looks at whether teaching people about pain (Pain Neuroscience Education) and using Kinesio Taping can reduce pain and improve hand function in adults with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. About 60 participants aged 18 to 60 with symptoms for at least 3 months will be involved. The goal is to find better non-surgical ways to manage this common condition.
