Doctors use ultrasound to peer inside carpal tunnel nerves
NCT ID NCT07433166
Summary
This study aims to better understand carpal tunnel syndrome by using ultrasound to measure nerve swelling and blood flow. Researchers will compare these measurements between diabetic and non-diabetic patients with the condition. The study will also check if these ultrasound findings relate to patients' symptoms and other test results. This is an observational study that gathers information but does not test any new treatments.
