Doctors use ultrasound to look inside wrists for carpal tunnel clues

NCT ID NCT07433166

Summary

This study aims to better understand carpal tunnel syndrome by using ultrasound to measure nerve swelling and blood flow in the wrist. It will enroll 100 patients with confirmed carpal tunnel and compare findings between those with and without diabetes. The goal is to see if these ultrasound measurements relate to how severe a patient's symptoms are.
