New hope for head & neck cancer: Triple-Drug combo tested after immunotherapy fails

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (carboplatin, paclitaxel, and cetuximab) in adults with head and neck cancer that has spread or returned and did not respond to first-line immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this second-line treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease for as long as possible. The trial will enroll 46 participants in France and follow them for 12 months.
