New stent tested to stop strokes in their tracks

Summary
This study is testing a new carotid stent device in patients who are having a major stroke. The goal is to see if placing the stent is safe and can help improve recovery by opening a narrowed neck artery. The study will enroll 15 adults to check if patients can function independently 90 days after the procedure.
