Summary
This study looks at how bacteria in your gut break down certain nutrients from food, like carnitine (found in red meat) and choline (found in eggs). The goal is to understand how these processes might affect your risk for heart disease. About 100 healthy adults will have their blood tested after eating these nutrients.
