New stem cell harvest method tested for bone marrow cancer

Summary

This early-phase study tests a drug combination (carfilzomib, cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone, and G-CSF) to safely collect stem cells for transplant in people with multiple myeloma. About 18 participants will receive different doses to find the safest and most effective level. The goal is to improve stem cell collection while controlling the disease.
